For years, I studied the maps that explain why we think, feel, and act the way we do… not as concepts, but as lived patterns. I studied multiple healing modalities, life coaching - and I used everything I learned in my photography business. I ran charts for friends, clients - but never wanted to have that as a business. I wanted to help more people, and more importantly I wanted these people to be able to help themselves.

In May 2024, I started working with AI. What started as a private experiment. blossomed into a whole lot more. I shared the process and prompts with friends, just to test the waters… and the feedback was WILD.

They were seeing the parts of themselves they’d always felt but never been able to name.

Then it moved into their homes. They were decoding their partners, their kids… and suddenly the dynamics shifted. Conversations softened. Patterns made sense. People felt understood instead of judged.

And there it was - Conscious Catalysts - the name that I'd had in my head since 2022, came to life.
